Woof Woof! Who's There?

A few weeks ago our family expanded literally overnight. To say Rob wasn't thrilled initially would be an understatement and a half. But slowly our new addition has grown on even him. You see Rob didn't grow up with a dog for a pet. I did. So I knew exactly what to expect.

Our puppy as he likes to be called is seriously beyond cute.

He loves to jump up on your lap and gently rub his head on yours.

He likes sitting with his face as close to yours as possible whilst panting in your face.

He adores when Thomas throws a ball for him and never tires of chasing it and bringing it back.

He likes to eat his food straight off the floor with his mouth. No bowls required.

He makes the sweetest little woof woof sounds...ever!

Here he is the dog we have always longed for.......
Yes, worry not, it is Eli you are eyes are not deceiving you.

But for now he is simply our puppy (most of the time) and there is just no convincing him otherwise!

Awww.. I'm so glad it's Eli and not a real animal. My mission made me hate dogs. The ones I always ran in to were smelly, and liked to,... ahem... sniff.

He's so cute.

How funny! We have a "kitty" at our house. We've had to insist that all kitties wear underpants and use a fork at the table. Snacks can be eaten on a bowl on the floor, but not family meals!

That's hilarious, at first I thought you did have a puppy! Hopefully housetraining won't be as bad, but after remembering some of your posts I take that back! You make such cute kids maybe you should make a little girl for Bevan to marry???

Too cute! He really is adorable. And better yet, he probably doesn't leave naughty little *presents* on the carpet!

Definitely one of the cutest puppies I've ever laid eyes on.

Currently we have a giraffe living at our house. :D

Have I ever told you how much I LOVE that picture of Eli? He is a beautiful little boy...oops! I mean PUPPY! I was seriously so relieved for you when I saw his picture instead of a new dog. Even the fish are putting me through the ringer in this house...but that's a story for another day.

P.S. Thanks for your encouragement earlier in the week. I think I might be getting a team teacher to help me with seminary. Here's hoping!

I have a human child that thinks she's a puppy, too! Well, not all the time lately (that was a fun few weeks, lol). I love when she gets all cuddly and wants to be petted. YOUR human puppy is unbelievably adorable!

That is such a sweet picture! My friend's son used to pretend that he was a cat. I'm more of a cat person, but your little puppy is adorable!!

Btw, I don't know if you were planning to update for Looking Fine today but I just wanted to let you know that I'm having some technical difficulties with my blog so Jen at mommablogsalot.com has offered to host this week.

Adorable! Puppies are so much more fun than cats! Especially puppies with such great big brown eyes!

CUTE! This puppy should not chew up your new high heels or the legs on your furniture.
