I've been checking your blog all day - now I have he chills - congrats my lovely! How interesting that your pregnancies were so different, people always say that, but for me I was just...SICK boy or girl, no difference. I will indeed pray that she doesn't get the hairy back genes that Eli has, but definitley for his amazing eyes and hair! :)

Yay...congratulations!!! That hairy back comment had me rolling. I remember asking the pediatrician when the hair on Austin's back and the back of his ears would go away. He teased me and said, "most likely by the time he goes to kindergarten."
Thank God that was just a joke and he lost it within a few months.

Welcome to the world of all things girly and pink!

Hooray for pink dresses and frilly bows!! Okay, so not all little girls are like that...but at least they have the option to be:)

Speaking as an only girl with a bunch of older brothers---sometimes she might really hate her life, but most of the time it'll be pretty awesome:)

Finally, a girl for you to share chocolate with and shake your heads at the erstwhile cluelessness of the males in your household. Of course, you'll have to wait a while for that, but still it will be so nice to have some estrogen in the house with you!! Hope the boys aren't too overprotective of their little sis.

Congrats!!!!

My girl likes pink...specifically, pink things that blow up.

Have fun!

My little Spe also has hairy back. It's from Rhett's side, of course.

And congrats. She doesn't HAVE to love girly-girl things you know. Veevs wants to be a herpetologist. Or a purple unicorn that flies.

Well, maybe she does.
